When is appropriate time if I would like a transfer from university that I was placed by the placement board ? Kindly

Yes, you can transfer from the University that you were placed to another if you meet the course cutoff points and subject requirements. 2021 KUCCPS inter institution transfer will start on 1st September 2021 and close on 30th September 2021.
