i was placed in a university by kuccps but i want to join kmtc what can i do

i was placed by kuccps in kisii University to persue Analytical chemistry but i want to join kmtc what can I do to join kmtc....can i apply again in kuccps portal or can i do transfer

You cannot apply for KUCCPS twice. The only thing you can do is to apply for transfer. Since transfer is currently not open and does not apply in your case, you might want to write to CEO of kuccps as unique case requesting for transfer.
