Cause of Suicide


Unconfirmed sources indicate that before committing suicide, Nyambura Maina had revealed to friends that she was going through depression due to Hormonal Imbalance. At extreme level, such condition can lead to mental illness as explained below.


Hormonal Imbalance, Depression and Mental Illness


According to calm clinic, there are different types of hormonal imbalances that lead to anxiety. They include; Menstruation, Adrenaline, Pregnancy and Thyroid health issues.

The Late Dr. John Lee, an expert in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) indicated that hormone imbalance can cause mental and physical sickness. It is a condition that arises due to Estrogen dominance in the body.

Some of its symptoms include Depression, Irritability, Mood Swings, Crying, Headaches, Fatigue, Concentration Problems e.t.c.
