Why am I getting a debt message after buying tokens?

Each time I buy the token for the meter I get a debt shown which increases with each payment.

If you are using a Kenya power account that has a debt, then you have to clear the debt before you begin using. The ideal thing to do is to visit Kenya Power offices near you have to have the issue sorted.

You can also Tweet Kenya Power your account number and they will advise.
