Can I add Children to NHIF with birth notification?

Don't have children birth certificates but have notifications can I apply NHIF?

Yes, you are allowed to add your children to NHIF as a dependant using birth notification if the child is between 0-6 months old. Visit Huduma Centre (NHIF Desk) to add dependents.
