Is there a chance for my cousin to join TTC? f

My cousin applied and got admission letter to a course she was not very comfortable with. She was initially interested in DPTE course but the requirements were too high for her. She did not join the college she was admitted to. Later entry requirements for DPTE course were revised and she applied. Is there a possibility of her being admited to a TTC?

If your cousin was placed by KUCCPS then you cannot apply again for placement. If she applied as a self-sponsored student then she is allowed to apply for a different course that she meets the requirements.
