Hey I was suppose to receive 15,000 Kenyan shilling from Lagos Nigeria on 16 June 2020 but till today I haven’t received anything it has been 3 days already

I have bought airtime of 2000 through mpesa through the 544 option. This has not reflected.
Tried getting to speak to safaricom customer care. Seems safaricom wants all problems to be solved by voice command which is not possible. Why is safaricom service being less reliable.
My m-pesa services are not operational. I tried to purchase credit using my m-pesa but it keeps telling me try later not successful. Almost 10hrs now nothing has changed.am currently in Dubai.

As far as my experience is concerned Safaricom service sucks. I have been pursuing the issue of me not being able to get MSM messages or calls from the Netherlands for over a week, without success. This is obviously not anything I can do about, but it will cost me dearly, a return ticket to the Netherlands. The deafening silence from Safaricom is particularly disturbing. All I hear is – be patient, we are working on it – too late for me since the deadline for me to receive a verification SMS expired today! Thanks but no thanks Safaricom.

I suggest that you have a way of deleting sent messages before they are received
I am suggesting that. In the Mpesa Menu. Add (Agree to receive /Withdraw ) Optional.
This will help or make liable any body withdraws or receive money which not his /hers to be perceived as involved in fraud.
It will also help someone not to receive money from the people who want to bribe them.
