KUCCPS Second Revision of Courses for Degree, Diploma and Certificate programmes and list of candidates who were not successfully placed after first revision. Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service has now opened the online student portal for  second revision applications. The revision of courses will run from dates March 15th, 2019 to March 22, 2018.  Find below detailed information on how to go about selecting or choosing your courses.About Second Revision of Courses.

The second revision of courses on KUCCPS portal is  open for the 2018 KCSE candidates who  were not placed after first revision. Previous candidates can also apply by visiting: http://student.kuccps.net/

List of Candidates that have not been successfully placed after first revision

The index numbers of candidates who candidates who were not successful placed in first revision  are listed in this page.

Candidates should only apply for the degree, diploma and certificate programmes with unfilled capacities, which are listed in the website.

Applicants whose index numbers do not appear in the website have been provisionally placed, subject to approval by the Placement Board, and will be communicated to at the end of the placement process.

How To know whether you have been placed

  • Visit:
  • Enter your index number in the box and click search
  • If you are not among those recalled (you get no message) then your have been successfully provisionally placed. But if you get the message (To Revise) as show in the image below. Then you are supposed to do second revision.

Payment for KUCCPS Second Revision of courses, 2019

Candidates who had paid the placement processing fee during school application and  first revision will NOT be required to pay for the second revision.

Application for D and C- students

Candidates who attained a mean grade of D plain and above or C – and above and did not qualify for Government sponsorship in the previous years may apply for certificate and diploma courses respectively.

      You need to do second revision if your name is in the list of those who have not been placed.

    I revised my degree courses during the first revision, unfortunately, am among those requested to do second revison. My problem is that the availlable courses are not what l wanted, so can l just apply to any of them and after getting admission, l change the course? Can that be possible??? Plisss help

      Hello Aurah,

      Yes, change of courses is possible after admission but subject to available spaces in the course you want to change to. Therefore, select at-least the best of the best remaining courses to be on the safe side

    see if whether am placed anywhere and am trying to check that link for the unplaced students and it seem it doesn’t work because its not opening.Kindly help me.
