The ministry of education CS George Magoha on June 25, 2022, released placement results for KCSE 2021/2022 students placed to Universities, colleges, and TVET to pursue degree, diploma, and certificate courses respectively.

KUCCPS 2022 Placement Latest Update

After the completion of second revision of courses, 2021 KCSE candidates were placed to universities, colleges and TVET while KCSE 2018 to 1994 had a chance to be placed to TVET institutions only.

Number of Students Placed

123,963 applicants who scored C+ above have been successfully placed to pursue degree programmes in various Universities in Kenya while 124,258 applicants were placed to TVET institutions to peruse Diploma, Certificate and Craft courses under government sponsorship.

16,310 students who attained C+ and above but chose TVET programmes and were placed.

Inter-University

Students have a chance to apply for inter-university transfer using the KUCCPS portal. The portal will be open for inter-institution transfer.  Read this guide on: the inter-university transfer process.
