Please find below the key academic activities for full-time second semester 2019/2020 academic year as per the approved adjusted semester dates
- 4th to 5th January 2020: Arrival and registration of all students including CIT and Energy
- 6th January 2020: Lectures begins for all students
- 25th to 31st January 2020: Career week
- 27th January to 7th February 2020: Examination period for continuing students in the school of engineering (1st semester exams)
- 7th February 2020: Deadline for fees Payments (All students)
- 7th February 2020: Deadline for receiving set exams from departments
- 10th February 2020: Arrival and Registration of continuing students in the schools of Engineering
- 14th February 2020: Deadline for Units Registration and adjustments for all students
- 17th to 21st February 2020: 1st CATs for all students
- 9th to 13th March 2020: 2nd CATs for all students
- 13th March 2020: Deadline for fees payments for continuing students in the schools of engineering
- 20th March 2020: Deadline for Units Registration and Adjustment for continuing students schools of engineering
- 20th March 2020: Disabilities Awareness day
- 22nd March 2020: Thanks giving service
- 23rd to 27th March 2020: 1st CATs for continuing students in the school of engineering
- 30th March to 10th April 2020: Exam period for all students
- 6th to 17th April 2020: Exam period for Law, Nursing, BSc F, Medicine/Pharmacy and Architecture
- 9th April 2020: Deadline for receiving set exams for school of engineering
- 13th to 17th April 2020: 2nd CATs for continuing students school of engineering

NOTE: Kindly take note the exam registration and fee payment deadline dates. They will not be extended.
New Government sponsored students are expected to join on September/November 2020 after revision of courses and placement by KUCCPS.
