Can an employer add a resigned employee on the CRB after failing to serve notice

If you resign without notice, you will lose all the benefits that come with resignation. It is not advisable to destroy your reputation with your employer because you will need him when looking for another job in future.

There are many false reasons you can give for resigning without justification.

Just draft a resignation letter and drop it in your HR.

You will not be added to CRB because you resigned without notice.

Nothing will happen to you if you resign without notice unless you committed an offence that is punishable by law.
