Can I be added years for applying helb if I had a repeat year .

Can I be added a period to apply helb if I have reached maximum years..since I got a repeat year on final year

No, you cannot. If your course was supposed to be completed in 8 semesters or  4 years and you have been awarded HELB for the 4 years, then you will not get HELB loan for the additional years you are in school.
