Can I be issued with CRB certificate of clearance with a loan?

I have a loan that I have not paid, can I be issued with a CRB certificate of clearance?

You qualify to be issued with a CRB certificate of clearance if you do not have a non-performing account. Therefore, if you took a loan and you have not defaulted, you will be issued with a CRB certificate of clearance. If you have defaulted, you will not be issued with one until you clear your name.
