Am always getting "validation failed" error in my equity bank eazzy banking app

If you are using Equity Bank's Eazzy banking mobile app and you are getting "validation failed" error then it could be an issue to do with update or cache.

Solution 1: Uninstall the app and install the latest version
Solution 2: Clear App cache via the app settings in your phone
