It's no Use calling Equity customer care,I called immediately after sending money to the wrong number, gave all my details but the male customer care agent was very rude, he flatly refused to reverse saying he didn't understand how i could make such a mistake. My Account, my money ! The moment we finished speaking Equitel send send me a message that my money has now been credited to the wrong number I was trying to stop. The number continues to be mteja.
