The hef portal is not validating parent's ID currently. What could be the cause?

If you are sure that you have entered the correct details, then this issue normally happens if your parent's details are not updated in the HELB system. Contact HELB via 0711052000 or contactcentre@helb.co.ke to have the matter resolved.
