HEF application parents details are being rejected

When applying for the helb loan online through the hef portal my parents details keep on getting rejected with a claim of not matching the details yet information recorded is correct,i was just enquiring what might be the problem?

If your parent's identification details have not recently changed, then you need to contact HELB to have your mother or father's details updated in the HEF portal. We have provided HELB contact information on this page.
