Cant find hef portal activation link in the valid email used during regular

There is no link sent from hef portal to activate the portal account after registration using a valid email address

If the email confirmation link is not in your primary folder then check the promotion or spam folder in your email. 

We have provided a guide on this page on what to do if the activation link is not availed in the spam folder.
