Can I file for child support while still pregnant

I am 7 months pregnant currently unemployed but my baby daddy is working. The only job I can do is house to house laundry service and I can earn 700 per week atleast. Is it possible for me to file for child support to be able to go for my clinics because at the moment I can't. I lost my job when I got pregnant

The law is not clear about this.  However, you have to be willing to do a prenatal paternity test if the man wants to confirm if he is the real father of the child.
