Unable to fetch your course details. Please contact us for an update.

Have been receiving the above Error while filling up my HEF Loan application for 5 days now. This happens at the Profile update, Institution Selection level . Have tried using different devices and networks without success . This section seems to be entirely disconnected from the database and online search. 

Have a look at this Error Message

The error happens when you upload an admission letter that is protected. If your admission letter is not protected, then you can contact HELB to have your details updated.
