I've tried to apply for a substituent loan application .My HELB app has failed since I mistakenly switched simcards I've tried to put them as they were but to no avail.On using *642# I'm told that my institution details are missing.

Institution details are missing means that your institution details are not available in the system. You need to visit Huduma Center (HELB Desk) to have your institution updated in the system.
