What if your HEF email address is not valid what do you do??

My email was not valid and when I tried to log in with different email  which was valid l am being told that The user is not in the system

If you registered in the HEF portal with invalid email details, you can contact HELB support to haqave registration email updated. Reach helb through email  contactcentre@helb.co.ke or phone number: 0711052000.
