To deposit money from Mpesa to KCB Bank account, Go to Mpesa paybill option, enter KCB MPESA paybill number 522522 and your bank account number as mpesa account number and then enter the amount you want to deposit. You will receive an sms from KCB once the transfer has been completed.
To unblock your line, dial *456# using any Safaricom line, enter the mobile phone number your want to get PUK then select Get PUK and follow the prompts to retrieve it. You can also get PUK using the Safaricom portal https://safaricom.com/account/puk. The portal can only be accessed using Safaricom Mobile Data. Do not use WiFi.
To unlock KCB MPesa fixed or target savings account go Mpesa Menu>Loans and Savings> KCB MPESA> Fixed Saving Accounts>Target Savings Account and then Unlock. The funds will be deposited to your Mpesa account within 48 hours
To get Vooma pin, dial *844# follow the prompts. To access a VOOMA loan, you need to have had an active KCB account that is linked to the mobile banking service and used the same for at least 6 months
If both PUK and pin are blocked then visit any M-Pesa agent near you with your ID and replace your Simcard. If it is the pin only which is blocked then dial *456# on a different device, select get PUK , enter phone number, after receiving PUK use it to change your PIN.
