To Unblock your KCB Mpesa mobile banking pin, you are required to visit any KCB Bank branch near you with your original national ID. If you are using an ATM card then you can reset your pin using KCB ATM by selecting mobile and the following the prompts.
To deposit money from Mpesa to KCB Bank account, Go to Mpesa paybill option, enter KCB MPESA paybill number 522522 and your bank account number as mpesa account number and then enter the amount you want to deposit. You will receive an sms from KCB once the transfer has been completed.
To withdraw money from your Equity Classic savings account, you need to transfer the money to your own Equity account. Then withdraw money from your own account to mpesa or any other supported means.
