The judiciary registrar has today announced that the Tax Appeal’s Tribunal will fully implement the e-filing system effective February 2024.
Parties will be required to file their document through the e-filing platform. Parties will also be required to avail one hard copy of the documents uploaded online to the registry office.

To use the e-filing portal, advocates, tax agents, taxpayers, and litigants are required to create an account using https://efiling.court.go.ke

Therefore, if you have a tax appeal that you want to make, you must make sure you have created an account on https://efiling.court.go.ke/.

If you are encountering errors in creating an accounting, login, or submitting your documents, contact the tax tribunal office through taxappealstr@court.go.ke or call 0758034322
