 opening datesAfter a demo that saw the indefinite closer of the university, the senate held a meeting on March 4, 2015 and set the following dates as reporting dates

Communication from UOE page read; “after today’s Wednesday 4th March 2015 University of Eldoret Senate meeting, the following re-opening dates have been confirmed and will be posted in the Newspaper Friday and Saturday.”


Opening dates for University of Eldoret

    • All Finalists to report on Monday 9th March 2015
    • All Third years to report on Tuesday 10th March2015
    • All Second Years to report on Wednesday 11th March 2015
      Revised semester calendar

9th March – 10th April (5 weeks) Lectures13th April- 30th April (2 weeks) Examination For the School of Engineering:9th March – 15th May (10 weeks) Lectures18th May – 29th May (1 1/2 weeks) Examinations.

University of Eldoret opening dates for KUCCPS first years;

31st AUGUST, 2015: All 2015/2016, 1st year students (Government sponsored and Privately sponsored students


a) All 2nd year Engineering students
(b) 3rd years – TED and HSC only
(c) All 4th (Except BTO, BTR and BHO)
(d) All 5th year students


To all incoming first year students both government sponsored and self spoored can pick their admission letters from the admission office main campus any day or wait for them to be delivered at the postal address  your provided from the 15th August.
