Peter Jacobs’ article tries to suggest that you better go to college and do a course among those named below instead of wasting your time and money doing a degree in the same course. His defense lies on the probability of employment and salary differences between a college and graduate degree.

The study that Peter Jacobs relies on to compile the list of useless degrees might however not be true at this era as it was conducted in year 2010-2011, a time when technology had not exploded.
