Jendayi Elizabeth Frazer once served as the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs during President Bush’s administration. She is currently serving as the Professor at Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College.

Jendayi Frazer has strongly defended Kenya against the ongoing 2007 post election violence case at the ICC. When she visited Kenya, Jendayi Frazer was once quoted by the Daily nation saying that the ICC prosecutor did not conduct credible investigation and the Kenya case would end up in “empty justice” and this seems to becoming true.

Jendayi Frazer went to an extent of hiring a lawyer to investigate the Kenya ICC case who later informed her that the Kenya ICC cases are weak. She went a head accusing the prominent five nations for manipulating the ICC case.
