In our earlier post, we had indicated that  Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has released the number of students that will be admitted to different universities in the September 2015 intake. The post indicated that Kenyatta university will receive the highest number of students but there seems to be some minor rectification..
According to statistics posted on the KUCCPs online portal; the following five universities will receive the highest number of first years.

1. Moi University (5, 826 )
2. Kenyatta University (5, 650)
3. University of Nairobi  (5, 550)
4. Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) (3, 900)
5. Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) (3, 600)
6. Maseno University (3, 455)
7. Egerton university (3,051)
