In a post that appeared in the ODM leader’s official website, Raila Odiunga through his secretariat indicated that the premium sms service will be managed by his secretariat and will enable his fans to receive updates about him via sms.
To subscribe to Raila Odinga SMS updates send a text message with the word “Raila” to 20217. Once you send the sms you will get a confirmation message indicating that you are subscribed to Raila Odinga updates.
