    How long does it take to correct a picture on a certificate.Since 2018 upto date (2021)my form four secondary certificate is still held at knec,I’m stuck without my certificate I cannot do anything without my important documents,I’ve made several visits to knec but no promising reports I’m in need of my certificate kindly please.

    1.I’m filling marks for my school for grade 4 and class 8 but I’m frustrated. When fill marks online, the line tells me that there is an error. When I use offline and upload, files are not sent but the line tells me to wait while processing. I have waited for more than three hours still no results. This is not the first time I have done so.I have spent sleepless nights working on this LCBE. please help.
    2. Grade 4 score sheet for English and Kiswahili online and offline differ. Which one should i use?

    Is it possible to add more names in one’s certificate to March the ones in their I. D/Passport like the case in registration of persons department where they have provided room for amendment of particulars.

    Finished diploma in electrical and electronics engineering power option 2016 July ,my diploma certificate not printed because joined diploma from certificate level so had to pay exemption al fee 9600 on 21/03/2019 upto now you have not communicated to me
