NASA Launch Latest Updates
Raila Odinga as NASA flag bearer
Opposition and ODM party leader Raila Odinga has the highest chances of being unveiled as the presidential candidate for NASA Kenya. This is because he has a larger following compared to the three. He has vied for president three times.
Musalia Mudavadi as Nasa coalition presidential candidate
Amani National Congress -ANC party leader has the second chance of being chosen the National Super alliance presidential candidate. This is because he seems to be acceptable across Kenya and thus has fewer enemies than Raila Odinga.
Kalonzo Musyoka as NASA party leader
Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka was supposed to become the presidential candidate in the CORD coalition agreement signed between him and Raila Odinga in 2013. Now that CORD is no more he might use that argument to demand that he be named the flag bearer of NASA alliance. An argument that might not be accepted by Musalia Mudavadi who is not part of CORD.
NOTE: Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) is a coalition that was formed in 2012 that brough together Raila Odinga’s Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), Moses Wetangula’s FORD Kenya and Kalonzo Musyoka’s Wiper Party.
Ford Kenya leader Moses Masika Wetangula has no chances at all of being the NASA presidential candidate. This is my opinion.
