KNEC has announced that it has released results for DTE, SNE 2020 exams. Below is a how to check the results.

How candidates can get DTE 2020 results slip

Students in the locked counties (Nairobi, Machakos, Kajiado and Kajiado) who want to collect their results slip should visit KNEC Headquarters in South C (New Mitihani House) on Monday 19th April 2021.

Students in other counties should visit the Sub county director of education’s office on Tuesday 20th April 2021.

To check results via sms send your index number with the word DTE to 20076. For example, 1112214133 DTE.

DTE Referral and resit

Candidates who have been referred in DTE exams should register for re-sit in their former college. Principals should upload detail of repeaters in the knec dte registration portal page provide below.

If you want to apply to sit for DTE examinations, you must have a mean grade of C+ and C+ in the subject of specialization

Total examination fees for regular candidates is Ksh. 15.300
