Kenol Kobil was founded on 13^th May 1959 by R. S. Alexander. The main petroleum products it deals with are oil and gas.

 

Its headquarters are in Nairobi (5^th Floor, Avenue 5 Building off Lenana road), Kenya. Some of its other subsidiaries are in Rwanda, Zambia, Burundi, Uganda and Ethiopia. It mainly focuses on sourcing petroleum products such as industrial oils, lubricants, motor fuels, LPG & aviation fuels and marketing them. Kenol Kobil usually increases the range of products it trades with time.
