HELB New student portal  has errors and here is an official statement from HELB about its maintenance.

ATTENTION: STUDENT PORTAL ACCESS FOR SECOND  and SUBSEQUENT LOAN APPLICATION

 
We wish to advise that the HELB Student Portal https://clientservices.helb.co.ke  is scheduled for maintenance starting today, 11th May 2017 aimed at stabilizing the access.

Applicants seeking to access the portal for the 2017-2018 2nd and Subsequent Online Loan Application shall regrettably not be able until the 15th May, 2017 when normal service resumes. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
