HELB New student portal  has errors and here is an official statement from HELB about its maintenance.

 

ATTENTION: STUDENT PORTAL ACCESS FOR SECOND  and SUBSEQUENT LOAN APPLICATION

 
We wish to advise that the HELB Student Portal HELB Student Portal  is scheduled for maintenance starting today, 11th May 2017 aimed at stabilizing the access.

Applicants seeking to access the portal for the 2017-2018 2nd and Subsequent Online Loan Application shall regrettably not be able until the 15th May, 2017 when normal service resumes. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
