GOtv Kenya is one of the best TV decoders in Kenya. However, they have the worst customer CARE service. It takes hours or several days for them to respond to your concern incase you are getting errors or the activation process has proved to be unsuccessful.
The two most common Gotv errors are E16 and , E-017 . Although in their Facebook page solutions for these two errors have been provided several times, sometimes they might not work on your case and you may need personal help.

Paid, still error 16 trying to contact you thru your numbers is useless indeed. Wish I had a different company unfortunately you have monopoly in Africa. Will see what to do legally.

I am Gordon Okeno. I was loading my GOTV ACC no 2017820461 with 747/= But i entered a wrong iuc number ie 2018720461. The correct iuc number is 2017820461 in which i had to pay the amount again to avoid disconnection. Can i get a refund back to my mpesa account from iuc number 2018720461

I paid for gotv max sometime in the middle of March, when my subscription ended on 13th of this month of April, then I paid Kshs 1,299 for it to reconnect simply because of Fox, Cbs, Reality, Bet, and E tv , apparently, 2 days down the line my subscription has gone back to Gotv pro, which I don’t need, I wonder to myself whether I was conned because it’s obvious I am not getting what I paid for. Paid 1000ksh on gotv max this month. Iuc no. 2016053142 but never recieve max channels like sports 4and5. Have tried to clear to no avail. Or i better go back to previous minimum pay. No value to my max payment. Advice.

Surely Gotv! You services have become pathetic! I have paid for my subscription and still can’t view. Funds have not been loaded. USSD is not working. Phones are not going through. Chats are not being responded to, online self service is just blinking and not working….NOTHING IS WORKING! I even doubt that you will respond to this…..all of those contacts above are not working at this hour!……..

This has persisted for like 6 months now, and am always told the same story.
My decoder is on but when scanning completes it shows no channels
I paid 560 for my subscription for 3 months as I had always done since I bought my decoder but after 1 month my decoder was scrambled and I was told the subscription had expired, calling customer care I didn’t get a satisfactory answer, they claimed I didn’t call to specify, what is this! My Gotv does not show Gotv channel, cartoon channels,mbci,faith TV and others, I’ve called your call centre 4 times,they gave instructions which I followed with no changes,I took my decoder to your dialers at master plaza Nakuru,they worked on it,it showed all the channels,but when I took home,the problem was still there.I have a friend who had the same problem.She had to buy a new decoder from a different company.If the problem is impossible to resolve,please advice accordingly.
