Yes, your application will still be accepted even if your account is inactive. What is needed are your bank account details. But why would you want to provide an inactive bank account? Just visit your bank's nearest branch with your national ID and activate your account or create a new one. Creating a new account is free these days. You will only be required to pay less than Ksh. 500 if you need a debit card.

To correct your HELB Bank account details, download the change request form and fill it with bank account details. Then send the form to HELB with your ID Car using the email address contactcentre@helb.co.ke.
