How do I change HELB loan institution after application?

How do I change institution if I had already applied HELB and received a loan?

To change your institution in HELB, go to your account on the HELB App, then click on Institution, then click on edit.

If that does not work send your new admission letter and ID to contactcentre@helb.co.ke or visit Huduma Center (HELB desk) so that your changes can be updated.

By the time we applied the institution was moi teaching and referral hospital but currently it's moi teaching and referral training center.unable to change on app
