To Drive a PSV vehicle in Kenya, you need a Driving License Class D endorsement to get a PSV Badge. You also need to be 22 years and above.Here is a list of all updated NTSA Driving License categories.
There is no unique driving license class for tour drivers. You need a PSV license in the class of the vehicle you want to drive. For example D1 for Vans.

The amount required to renew NTSA Smart Driving License is Kenya Shillings 3100. The same amount as applying for a new Smart DL. Kindly note that all NTSA smart driving licenses take 3 years to expire.
