l did my kcse in 2018 , is it possible for me to transfer?

I need to transfer from Kabete national polytechnic to Kitale national polytechnic since am not compactible for the climate and transport fee is expensive

No, it is not possible. You can only for the duration of programme placed. We are now past that duration.
