It is 2023 and I did my KCSe in 2021, is it possible to inter-institute transfer

It is 2023 and I did my KCSE in 2021, is it possible to transfer from one institution to another, given the fact that I have not yet enrolled (I did not join).

This is not possible. You can only transfer institution within the first semester of the placement period. However, you can write a letter to KUCCPS CEO  and request for special consideration.
