Replacement of lost KNEC certificate is done online. Then go in person to KNEC South C offices with your passport photo, letter from your high school, police abstract and with about ksh. 6000.It takes about 3 months for the certificate to be ready. If you applied online and it has been more than 90 days, then visit KNEC offices as provided above.

Lost KCPE result slips can be downloaded from KNEC Portal https://www.knec-portal.ac.ke/. Contact your school since they are the only who have access to the portal. If you were sent an admission letter and it got lost then you can visit your institutions academic department and request for a copy of the admission letter. NOTE: KUCCPS does not issue admission letters. They are issued by your university of placement.
To replace a lost NHIF Card, pay Ksh. 100 to NHIF bank account (KCB or Equity) and go with the deposit slip to NHIF desk huduma center or NHIF Upper Hill office, Nairobi. Your new card will be printed.
