The time it takes for your NHIF outpatient facility to be active after changing depends on the month you made the changes.

If you change your outpatient hospital on June 2021, you can use it from 1st July 2021 (here is more explanation).

You can also call your outpatient hospital to get the exact dates.

I have change my hospital it's still in the same hospital I have change from CDC ngajoni dispensery to ngajoni hospital
When you change the outpatient hospital doe it mean you not get the services from the former hospital?

If you change facility it means NHIF will not cover outpatient fee for the former facility. But you can be covered for inpatient services in any hospital.
