Your question is not clear. If you have your KCSE certificate then your index number is on your KCSE certificate. Results slips are irrelevant if you have your KCSE certificate.
If you can't remember your index number then go to your high school and let them identify your index number for you. Ask them to write a recommendation letter for you and use the procedure below to apply for replacement. Lost KCPE result slips can be downloaded from KNEC Portal https://www.knec-portal.ac.ke/. Contact your school since they are the only who have access to the portal. To replace your KCPE certificate visit QMIS KNEC portal portal and follow the certificate replacement procedure we have provided here: https://kenyayote.com/knec-replacing-kcse-kcpe-lost-certificate-statement/ You will be required to upload scanned copy of your lost certificate or slip, recommendation letter from your school, copy of your ID or birth certificate for under 18 and color passport size photos.
KCSE results slips are not available online. KNEC does not also issue a copy of the KCSE result slip. The only option you have if you have not cleared your fee is to negotiate with your secondary school principal.
