applied for university through kuccps for a government sponsored student and it went through later on I received both the helb loan and government upkeep after a the closure of the application process was all access grantee then I suddenly made a mistake on helb portal which it read am a self sponsored students so will I get my upkeep or not.will government sponsor my university fee for next semester
