Can I apply for hef scholarship with diploma course

I have been admitted to meru University of science and technology to purse Diploma in social work and community development..i have tried to apply for the hef scholarship program but when i reach on the details of the institution am told"unable to fetch the course".My question is do helb offer loan to students pursuing Diploma courses at the meru University

HEF scholarship is available for application for students who did  2022 KCSE going forward and who will be joining Universities and TVET colleges. You can only apply for diploma courses if they are under TVET.
