Am trying to validate my father's number but the system doesn't respond,, kindly help me there I'm stuck what should I do,,

HEF portal does experience issues depending on the traffic the website is receiving that day. If you have tried applying at different hours and the issue persists, then you can contact HELB to have your father's phone number updated.  Helb contact are 0711052000 or contactcentre@helb.co.ke
