Sibling details in institution tab preventing me from going on with application process

I have input all the correct details about my institution in the institution tab.Below the institution tab is a place to input details on siblings applying for HELB this year.I don't have siblings applying for HELB but every time I try to go to the next tab it tells me that my profile is incomplete.What might the problem be?
