Can apply via kuccps twice with different certificates which he sat for in 2 years

Can my son who applied for a tvet via kuccps with a certificate he sat for cse in second time,can he also apply for TTC and get selected by using a certificate he made during first ksce exam trial?

You can apply for KUCCPS courses twice but you will only be placed once. Once you have been placed to an institution, you cannot again be placed unless you try to use unrelated personal details which can be costly in the future.
