When does one apply for secondary school scholarship

I am a single parent who was widowed in 2011 August 23rd on a Tuesday.  I was left behind with 2 daughters with whom I am  struggling to see through primary school.

Application for most scholarships open after the release of KCSE exams and they are meant for students joining form one, not those in form two and above.
